Police in Elkhart are investigating after two bodies were discovered on Cassopolis Street.

It was around 10:10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13, when police dispatch received a call regarding the bodies in the 1500 block of Cassopolis Street.

The bodies, one male and one female, were located behind a building.

The two were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Elkhart County Homicide Unit will be conducting the investigation.
