A publication claims donors to Former South Bend Mayor Pete Buittigieg were rewarded with city contracts.

A recent report in “The Daily Mail” was made accusing 23 companies of donating to former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg and, in exchange, receiving millions of dollars in city contracts.

“The Daily Mail” claims to have documents showing a list of those companies that made a donation and were then rewarded with a city contract.

WSBT reports that the Board of Public Works reviews the bids from those companies and then votes on the contracts. The board says they are not connected with the mayor and each of the firms picked delivered quality services.
