Notre Dame changes mask policy

(Tommie Lee/MNC)

The University of Notre dame is easing their mask policy, effective Monday.

The new guidelines state that masks are optional indoors, including at events, for fully vaccinated faculty, staff, students and visitors. It’s recommended that the Notre Dame community carry a mask with them at all times. Some classrooms, labs, studios, and faculty members may require masking.

Anyone not fully vaccinated must wear masks inside campus buildings, with the exceptions of when they are alone in private offices, in a personal residence hall room, or while eating or drinking.
