No injuries in Wednesday morning house fire in South Bend

No injuries were reported in a house fire Wednesday morning in South Bend.

Firefighters responded just after 9 am to the house on Carroll Street near Monroe. Flames were coming from the 2nd floor of the house, but everyone escaped the fire safely.

Crews put out the blaze in about 30 minutes and are still investigating the cause.
