The South Bend Motor Speedway racetrack is for sale.

The owners, brothers Vernon and Kevin Sauer, say that they’re too busy to take care of the track.

They say that the speedway will be fully operational when it is sold.

ABC 57 News reports that the current racing season will finish with the Sauer’s as owners and the current staff.

The asking price is $1.2 million.
