Mike Pence visits Evansville

Former Vice President and Indiana Governor Mike Pence was in Evansville Thursday. He spoke at the annual banquet for Right To Life of Southwest Indiana.
He started his speech with “I’m Mike Pence, and I’m pro-life.” During his address to the gathering he celebrated the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
He added that it should be a goal of conservatives to ban abortion in every state.
Many protesters showed up outside the event to voice their opposition to Pence’s stance on abortion.
