Barnfire arson guilty plea

The man charged in connection to a string of barn fires pled guilty on Monday, October 24, entering a guilty plea deal.

The man, Joseph Hershberger, faces eight counts of arson for the eight barn fires, which started in April 2021.

His girlfriend, Sherry Thomas, was also accused.

Hersberger is scheduled to be sentenced on November 21.
