The Elkhart Police Department is actively looking for information about a woman reported missing.

Bernice Fields, 54, was last seen in South Bend on May 23.

ON May 30, she was reported missing to the Elkhart Police Department.

Fields was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts.
