A LaPorte mother and two others have been arrested after an 11-year old boy was taken to the hospital with bruising all over his body and injuries from being shot with a BB gun.
The boy reportedly told authorities he had been abused by his mother and the others since school let out for summer.
The Times of Northwest Indiana reports he described multiple incidents of being punched and kicked for what he said was no reason.
According to court documents, Leanne Disbrow, 43, gave Austin Justice and Brett Culvahouse her blessing to abuse the boy and that they could even kill him and she’d help bury the body.
Disbrow faces charges of  felony counts of neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury and domestic battery to a person less than 14 years of age.
Culvahouse and Justice also face counts related to the abuse.
