Indiana, Michigan, Illinois awarded $1 million for Midwest Hydrogen Hub

Indiana, Michigan and Illinois are being awarded one-billion-dollars in federal funding for the Midwest Hydrogen Hub.
The Midwest Hydrogen Hub is a multi-state, multi-sector network that enables decarbonization through strategic hydrogen use.
It aims to reduce carbon emission by almost four-million metric tons per year.
The network will leverage all three state’s assets to expand the reach of the local hydrogen economy and advance the development of the hydrogen production industry across the Midwest.
