An investigation is underway after a single vehicle rollover on Indiana Avenue in South Bend. 

It happened late Thursday morning, April 18.

Officers arrived to find two individuals ejected from the vehicle and pronounced LaDawn Laskowski, 47, dead at the scene.

Laskowski’s husband was found with minor injuries and has been cooperative with authorities. Reports say no signs of impairment were shown.
