“Happy Hour” returns to many Indiana bars on July 1

Happy Hour will be re-instated in Indiana starting on July 1st.

The law that brought back the social trend was signed back in March of this year. Happy Hour had previously been banned by the state back in 1985.

Restaurants are still barred from discounting beverages between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. and cannot offer all-you-can-drink deals, also known as “bottomless specials.”

Several restaurants across the state have already announced multiple deals in preparation for Happy Hours return.
