A Plymouth man accused of murder had some dates moved around last week.

Joshua Martinez, who is accused in the shooting deaths of Romulo Osuna and Carlos Martinez, is believed to be the suspect after surveillance footage identified his vehicle at the scene.

It happened on November 3 when police responded to the scene and found Osuna dead and Carlos, who later died, suffering from injuries.

The Goshen News says Martinez had his trial date moved to May 5, though his status conference remains scheduled for March 13.
