A man is facing a murder charge in the October death of Joyce Montague of South Bend.

An arrest warrant was issued Friday by the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office for Delvaughn Moore, 25. Moore has no permanent address and is believed to be in either the South Bend or Detroit area.

Moore is 5’9″ tall, approximately 165 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
