U.S. Marshals now offering $25 thousand reward for information on Madison County Councilman’s whereabouts

U.S. Marshals are now offering a 25-thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of a former Madison County Councilman.
Steven Sumner, 56, is facing a slew of charges including rape, child seduction, sexual misconduct with a child, sexual battery and possession of child pornography.
Sumner has been on the run since he failed to appear for a court date in August of 2023.
Sumner formerly served on the Madison County Council from 2018 to 2021.
