19-year-old accused in deadly South Bend shooting

The suspect arrested in a shooting in South Bend has been released.
Marquis Duncan, 19, stands accused in the death of 30-year-old Domenik Briggs, 30, back in October of 2022 in the 700 block of West Indiana Avenue in South Bend.
The St. Joseph County Prosecutors Office says their case came to a standstill due to a lack of witnesses, thugh many people are said to have been present when the shooting took place.
The dismissed the case without prejudice, so the prosecutor can refile charges.
