St. Joseph County leaders are considering a new park on 115 acres at Beech and Anderson Roads in Granger.
The project could be funded with nearly $5 million in county park bonds.
If approved, the park could open in late 2026.
The land was previously proposed for a county park and highway garage, but opposition to the garage led to its relocation.
Public meetings will take place to gather input on possible amenities.
