UPDATE: Renie Martens has been located and is safe, according to St. Joseph County Police.
ORIGINAL STORY: A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued as police in St. Joseph County are asking for help finding a man reported missing.
Remie Martens, 77, was last seen in the 63000 block of Maple Road around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb., 25, and hasn’t been heard from since.
Martens is believed to be driving a black 2016 Mercedes GLC with a purple heart license plate.
