Two people have entered not guilty pleas after being charged with burglary.

Police were called to C.T.S. on Beardsley Ave. on February 17 for a burglary in progress. While on the way, an officer saw a man and a woman walking away fast.

The two were identified as Jonathan Nehring and Toni Allen. Nehring was said to be wearing gloves and had a walkie talkie in his pocket, and he allegedly admitted to taking items from the building.

Several items, including copper pipes, metal wire, a saw and batteries were stacked and staged inside the building. Their jury trials are scheduled for June 16.
