U.S. attorneys say 47-year-old Ezequiel Rosa-Hernandez, who is from Erie, Pennsylvania, pled guilty for intending to distribute cocaine.
Court documents say Rosa-Hernandez drove from his home to Chicago to get cocaine to distribute it back at home.
When he was on his way back to Pennsylvania, he pulled over in Indiana by law enforcement, and that’s when they found out Rosa-Hernandez had cocaine.
Rosa-Hernandez faces 125 months in prison, along with five years of supervised release.
