Several pigs and some goats died in a fire at a farm in LaPorte County.

Multiple crews were called around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, to the farm off of East 100 South in Mill Creek.

Some cows and sheep were successfully removed. Fortunately, there were no injuries to any property owners or firefighters.

The State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the blaze.
