Federal regulators release positive report on Palisades reopening

A report from federal nuclear power regulators says it has “no major environmental concerns” with the plan to restart the Palisades plant.

The assessment was released Friday and is another major step forward for the plant, which has been awarded billions in state and federal subsidies to reopen.
