An Oregon-Davis School Board member is facing charges of fraud, theft, and misconduct.

Terry Minix, who ran the school’s athletic boosters and was the head coach of the girls’ basketball team, is facing these charges.

Authorities began looking into this in February, discovering items charged to a booster credit card that were not found in the concession stand inventory.
