In September, the Berrien County Suicide Prevention Coalition will host their 2nd annual 5K Run and Walk.

The inaugural last year saw about 160 runners, and the coalition says they hope to have even more this year.

WSJM reports that the STAY; Your Story’s Not Over 5K will take place on September 20th in Baroda, starting and ending at the American Legion Hall. Again this year there will be resource tables from community partners, and there will be signs available for donation that can be personalized and will then be placed along the route for inspiration.

Event proceeds will support the mission of the Berrien County suicide Prevention Coalition.
