Indiana Democrats are considering litigation if Republicans attempt to redraw the state’s congressional maps ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
The White House has pushed Indiana Republicans to call a special session for redistricting to help the GOP maintain control of Congress.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is prepared for a legal battle over redistricting, arguing that bad data from the 2020 census is unfairly benefiting the Democratic Party.

Of course the democRats will consider suing…they are the party of lawyers, death and taxes. Suing makes them money, now they must check to see if there is enough in the IN coffers to pay their brethren pettifoggers to go forth and sue. Maybe their Emperor Palpatine (Soros) will help them out.
