Court rules Indiana may require biological sex on birth certificates

A federal court has ruled in favor of Indiana’s executive order requiring biological sex to be listed on birth certificates.
The ruling denies the ACLU’s request to block the order, which Governor Mike Braun signed to base state law on biological sex rather than gender identity.
The court’s decision supports the state’s view that birth certificates should reflect biological reality.
The ACLU had raised concerns about the rights of transgender individuals, stating that the move will harm Hoosiers by halting all changes to birth certificates based on gender identity.

The only harm comes when we refuse to speak truth and live the truth!
