Penn-Harris Madison Schools approve agreement raising pay

Penn-Harris-Madison Schools have approved a new teachers’ agreement raising pay across the district.
Starting teacher salaries will increase to $50,000, while the maximum pay climbs to over $86,000.
The contract also provides a $650 stipend for teachers rated “effective” or “highly effective,” along with a 2% increase in stipends for coaching and extracurricular leadership roles.
