A former Grace Lutheran Church pastor in the City of St. Joseph is facing four counts of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Three victims, now in their 20s, told investigators Glen Rosenbaum inappropriately touched them when they were minors. One said the abuse began when she was 11 and continued for years.
The church said none of the alleged incidents happened on church property and that Rosenbaum was removed from ministry in March 2024.
According to court documents, he admitted his actions to a counselor, his wife, and some church staff.
Rosenbaum is being held on a $100,000 bond.
