Goshen Police officer placed on unpaid leave

The Goshen Police Department has placed one of its officers on unpaid leave, pending the outcome of an investigation currently being conducted by the Indiana State Police.
At this time, the Goshen Police Department has not released the identity of the officer involved or the circumstances involving the investigation.
