A man is behind bars following an investigation into alleged sexual abuse involving a family member.

Jon Henderson is being held in the Elkhart County Jail on three counts of child molestation and one count of incest.

Police say the victim, a juvenile girl whose identity is not being released, reported the abuse happened multiple times over a four-year period.

Court documents say the incidents occurred while Henderson drove her around and referred to the rides as “their secret.” According to WNDU, Henderson denies the allegations.

Investigators say the claims were corroborated and deemed credible. A court date has not yet been set.
