Study shows Hoosier interest in Facebook has hit 18-year low

A study reveals Indiana’s search interest in Facebook has hit an 18-year low, with Hoosiers searching how to delete Facebook accounts over 24,000 times in the past year-the highest of any major platform.
While Instagram ranked second for local deletions, X saw the fewest at just 360 searches.
Overall, Indiana ranks 37th nationally for social media deletion searches, tracking 13% below the U.S. average.
