Cass County drug detectives say five people were arrested after a search warrant was served late Tuesday night at a home in Jefferson Township.

Investigators, assisted by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, K-9 Sitka and Pokagon Tribal Police, say they found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the residence on Pine Lake Street.

Four people were arrested on meth possession charges, while a 62-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly operating a drug house.

Names are being withheld pending arraignment. The investigation remains ongoing.
