Goshen’s Independence Day celebrations will continue with America’s Freedom Fest on Friday, July 11, at Goshen Municipal Airport.

The biennial event will feature military and civilian aircraft demonstrations, aviation exhibits, family activities and a variety of food vendors. Gates open at noon, with the airshow scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to view static aircraft displays before the evening concludes with a fireworks show.

Event organizers say Freedom Fest honors military veterans while raising support for local programs benefiting veterans and children.

Tickets are required and are available online and at participating local businesses. The event follows Goshen’s free Fireworks on the Fairway celebration, giving residents two weekends of Independence Day festivities.
