Disabled American Veterans Chapter 15 in Goshen says it could be forced to close after losing its biggest source of income.

The national DAV ordered the chapter to shut down its bar and charitable gambling operations on July 13, saying the chapter failed to meet a requirement that at least 10% of the bar’s gross revenue be spent on DAV programs.

Chapter leaders are now meeting with state DAV officials to discuss the future of the organization.
