Granger Christian School is shutting down just three weeks before the new school year.

School leaders notified families Wednesday night, telling them to begin looking for other schools.

About 75 students had been enrolled.

Church leaders said the decision came after the school’s newly hired principal unexpectedly left, along with ongoing financial and operational challenges.

Parents say they were caught off guard and are now scrambling to find new schools before classes begin.
