South Bend Police are investigating a shooting near High and Broadway Streets.

Police say ShotSpotter alerted officers to gunfire around 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12.

Officers arrived and found one person who had been shot. The victim’s injuries are described as non-life-threatening.

The South Bend Police Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
