A jury trial has been continued for a man accused in the 1981 murder of Donald Wasserman.

Prosecutors say 71-year-old Daniel Martin told police he helped Robert Sage kill Wasserman, then dispose of his body and burn his vehicle.

The Goshen News says Martin’s trial was moved from October 19 to February 1.

His attorney cited joint-trial discussions and ongoing medical needs.
