Marshall County commissioners have received a cease and desist order from the Marshall County Prosecutor after their vote on Monday, Oct. 19, to cover the county’s six publicly funded Flock license plate-reading cameras.

Marshall County Commissioner Jesse Bohannon tells 95.3 MNC they’re talking with their attorney to see whether the prosecutor has the right to stop the cameras from being bagged.

Monday’s vote gave the county 14 days to cover the cameras.
