Indiana officials have ordered Heavenly Harmony Hope Ministry daycare to close after its owner, Tysharae Jones, was arrested.

The state’s Family and Social Services Administration says it received a complaint October 13 alleging two children in Jones’ care were harmed in an incident that was recorded.

The agency says the video showed Jones watching without stepping in, and that she did not report what happened. The FSSA says it learned on Oct. 23 that Jones had been arrested in connection with the incident.

The agency cited a state law allowing emergency closures when violations pose an immediate threat to a child’s safety or well-being.
