Two dogs and a cat may have died in a fire that destroyed a home and at least one vehicle at Village Green Mobile Home Park in Mishawaka.

Crews were called to the blaze in the 1400 block of Candlewood Lane around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, according to 95.3 MNC’s news partners ABC 57. The people who were inside the home escaped without injuries.

The mobile home was fully engulfed, but firefighters managed to extinguish the flames by sunrise.

All that is left of the home is a burnt frame and a lot of ashes. The front half of a red SUV was also burned in the fire.
