Putting a deposit on a restaurant reservation is the new trend in big city dining, Tom Stout says

On Thursday, April 30, Jon Zimney talked with Tom Stout of Burston Marketing about “grub stubs“ and the app called Tock.

Tom says that restaurants are tired of losing money when people cancel their reservations last minute or don’t show up at all. He says that big city restaurants are using the app called Tock to prevent this from happening by having consumers pay ahead of time for their dining experience.
