A popular fast-casual chain restaurant is opening a new location in the Shoppes on Six development on Elkhart’s north side.
Noodles and Company signed a lease for a space at a building yet to be built at the corner of C.R. 6 and Cassopolis Street, according to 95.3 MNC’s news partners Flavor 574.
The three-store building will also be home to another restaurant and a Mattress Firm.
Noodles and Company offers a variety of pasta dishes, soups, salads and sandwiches, including vegetarian and vegan options.
