Michigan State seeks fight song videos for 'Spartan Virtual Choir'

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Michigan State University is celebrating the 100th anniversary of its fight song by putting together a big virtual choir.

The East Lansing school is asking people to record videos of themselves singing the song and then to upload their contributions.

Submissions are being sought through Aug. 12. They’ll be combined for what’s being billed as a “Spartan Virtual Choir” performance.

Directions for submitting videos and additional details are posted online.
