EVIL CZECH’S MENU HAS A NEW LOOK

Evil Czech Brewery’s menu got a little fall makeover.

Chef Drew Sachau pulled together a new menu to spotlight the best fall and winter ingredients, Flavor 574 reports. Some beloved items were replaced to accommodate the new dishes.

Look for the charred Brussels sprouts, Chinoise salad and a new sandwich, El Chapo, that replaces the Stockyard.

The new items will also be available during the Lightnin’ Lunch. Look for another update as the season changes again.
