Tuesday, March 2, is the 112th birthday of the late great rhyme master Dr. Seuss.

His series of rhyming children’s books, including The Cat in the Hat and Green Eggs and Ham, have been popular for generations. His birthday is often celebrated in schools as Read Across America Day.
