An 18-year-old Mishawaka man said he was kidnapped, robbed, and left on the side of the road on Thursday afternoon, March 17.

He told Mishawaka Police that he was walking near Cedar Street and Mishawaka Avenue when a man got out of a car, sprayed pepper spray at his face and pushed him into the car, the South Bend Tribune reported.

A second man was in the car. The pair stole the 18-year-old’s phone, skateboard and cash and then left him along Roosevelt Road.
