The wait is over for Bremen Highway travelers.

After being closed for the last several weeks, the 11.5 mile stretch of SR-331 between Mishawaka and Bremen has finally reopened to traffic, according to 95.3 MNC’s partners at ABC-57.

INDOT closed the busy road in July so it can be resurfaced. Potholes and bumps were removed along the way.

Officials wanted to have the project done by September 1st. That goal has been met.
