It’s anything but sweet.

The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department has been dealing with numerous trailer thefts in the last few months, according to our reporting partners at ABC 57.

The three trailers were all located at a property in the 53000 block of Adams Street. Not only that, but they were located in a fenced in area.

Among the items stolen between December 2015 and this past Monday: aluminum pipes, speakers, a portable wrench, and 500 pounds of candy.
