Update: Indiana State Police say the two children have been located.

Two children are believed to be in danger after police say their mother abducted them from a Churubusco home on Monday morning.

An Amber Alert has been issued for 7-year-old Liliana Hernandez and 6-year-old Rene Pasztor.

Hernandez is a Hispanic girl. She is 3 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 43 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black nightgown, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

Pasztor is white, 3 feet tall and weighs 39 pounds. He was last seen wearing black shorts.

Police believe their biological mother, Amber Pasztor, took the children from a home in the 7000 block of U.S. 33 near Churubusco just after 6 a.m. Monday. Pasztor is 29 years old, white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds.

She might be with Frank Macomber, a white 65 year old man. They were last seen in a 1999 tan or white Mercury Mystique with an Indiana license plate 982MJS.

The children could be in extreme danger, according to police. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Department has requested an Amber Alert be issued for the missing children, according to a press release. The Indiana State Police activated the statewide alert.
