A judge is now set to decide if Diego Ramos, the man charged in a Goshen double murder is innocent or guilty.

Ramos was on trial this week for two counts of murder in the March shooting deaths of Jose Nava-Orozco and Marco Carmona-Gonzalez in the Brookside Manor mobile home community, according to ABC 57.

Authorities believe the slayings were gang related. Luis Rivas, 19, was sentenced in August to 12 years in prison for assisting a criminal.

Judge Terry Shewmaker has 90 days to decide the outcome of the case. The case may be decided outside of the courtroom.
